Symposium:
Satellite symposium parallel 10.000 EUR
Price includes room rental, technical assistance and basic AV equipment
Maximum time of the symposium is 90 min and includes the time for preparation. The topic of the symposium must be agreed by Scientific Committee. Partners can distribute own promotional materials during the symposium. Platinum partner has the first priority in choosing place and time of symposium.
Satellite symposium – lunch 15.000 EUR
Price includes room rental, technical assistance and basic AV equipment
Maximum time of the symposium is 90 min and includes the time for preparation. The topic of the symposium must be agreed by Scientific Committee. Partners can distribute own promotional materials during the symposia. Platinum partner has the first priority in choosing place and time of symposium.
EXHIBITION SPACE
The price includes only location of net surface, one conference bag and one exhibitor badge. All rental of equipment such as booths, carpets, furniture, technical or electrical installations etc. has to be ordered and will be charged separately.
Basic exhibition booth (6 sqm minimum) 1.800 EUR
Additional sqm 310 EUR
DISCOUNTS
All partners that will sign the contract for sponsorship until June 30, 2012 can apply for 10% discount of the total amount of their financial support.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
40% of the total amount should be paid with signing the contract.
60% of the total amount should be paid by 31st of March 2013.
All prices mentioned in this prospectus do not include VAT. This VAT might be applied according to the Czech law.
